I am an alumni of Beta Delta Chapter where I was their founding Membership Educator where I proceeded to become President of Beta Delta. I received my Bachelors and Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University. I was born and still live in sunny south Florida. I currently work to keep the power on at Florida Power & Light as a Customer Project Engineer/Designer.
Nikki received her Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Northern Illinois University. She grew up in the Philippines and moved to America when she was 15. After moving to America, Nikki had always kept to herself, but when she found Alpha Omega Epsilon, she started getting more comfortable with herself again.
During her undergraduate years in Northern Illinois University, she served as the Mu Chapter’s Vice President, Membership Educator and a couple of committee chair positions. Currently, Nikki works as an Associate Scientist at Abbott in the Diagnostics division, testing in the labs or analyzing data. She also is the one in charge of onboarding new employees, putting what she learned as a “Mem.Ed.” in use.
Nikki currently lives with her fiancé in Wisconsin, but plans to move back to Illinois to be closer with their family. When she’s not busy working, Nikki enjoys reading her books, playing guitar, recording songs, playing video games with her fiancé or volunteering.
Kathryn Bohn is a California native who found herself amongst the cacti in Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering where she was a founding member and Vice President of the Beta Iota chapter. Kathryn was lucky enough to find her dream job out of college as an engineering consultant for Burns & McDonnell specializing in renewable energies.
Kathryn found her place in college amongst her sisters of the Beta Iota chapter of Alpha Omega Epsilon. She worked diligently behind the scenes to create a solid foundation for the chapter and mentor the younger sisters so that the chapter would flourish after the founding members graduated. Not quite ready to let go of Alpha Omega Epsilon after graduating college, Kathryn has served as an advisor and eventually working her way up to being the Interchapter Relations Officer on the IEB. She enjoys looking at the bigger picture of the organization and working for the betterment of the Sorority while making sure that the chapters have the resources necessary to continue to be successful.
Justine is a 2014 mechanical engineering graduate from the Beta Zeta chapter at the University of Missouri, Columbia. She was a chapter founding member and served as corresponding secretary and president during her undergraduate time. Wanting to stay involved with Alpha Omega Epsilon as an alumna, she volunteers as an Alumna Advisor for the Beta Xi chapter in her home city of St. Louis, MO, is a founding and active member of the Beta Zeta Alumnae Chapter, and a member on the Promissory Committee.
Justine currently works as a design engineer for a mechanical contractor designing HVAC systems for several major hospitals around eastern Missouri. In her free time, she is usually playing referee to her dog and cat, watching The Office and Friends for the 100th time, or planning her next travel adventure. Justine is thrilled to be working with the other amazing women on the International Executive Board and can't wait to expand the alumna and volunteer experience for the members of the sorority.

Originally from Denver, Colorado, I received my Bachelor’s from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in Aerospace Engineering in June 2014. Right after graduation, I went to work for Orbital ATK in California’s Space Country working on government defense interceptor rockets as an Integration and Test Engineer. In fall of 2016, I transferred to begin the next stage of my career as an I&T Engineer of Intermediate-Range Ballistic Missile Targets in Rocket City!
I am an alumni and founding president of the Beta Iota Chapter and have continued my involvement as their Alumnae Advisor. I’ve been a 2-year member of the Convention Committee, a 1-year member of the ENewsletter, Merchandise, and Database Committees. Elected as DOP was amazing and I hope to take this experience to make beneficial changes to Alpha Omega Epsilon from my seat on IEB. I enjoy working to further develop our website and online communications and to continuously promote and support the AΩE mission and ideals for all our past, current and future sisters.
